I pay for prescriptions - Can I save money? - If you have to pay for more than 4 prescription items in 3 months or 14 items in 12 months, you may find it cheaper to buy a prescription prepayment certificate (PPC). You can apply for a pre-payment certificate online.

How soon after delivery to the medical centre is correspondence read? - correspondence will normally be read within two working days (Almost all our correspondence is scanned onto the computer system from where it is read). If marked "urgent", correspondence will be given to the appropriate person that day to assess.
