HEALTH VISITING AND CHILD HEALTH AT WESTBOURNE MEDICAL CENTRE

Anna Gillingham and Tina Taylor are the health visitors at Westbourne and they work closely with Jody Denton, nursery nurse. The team are supported by Lisa Green, health visitor assistant. 156 new babies in the last 12 months have kept them very busy!

Health visitors and nursery nurses work with parents or carers of young children by providing child health surveillance, health information and support. As well as seeing you and your child at appointed times to monitor their development, we can help you with issues like potty training, behaviour problems or feeding problems (to name just a few!) The team work closely with the doctors and the practice team at Westbourne.
