'Due to financial pressure' NHS Bournemouth and Poole have decided to no longer commission an acupuncture service. As from the 1st July 2010 there will no longer be an NHS service in either the community or the hospital.

We have had a service at Westbourne Medical Centre for many years and are sorry that it will no longer be commissioned but this is outside our control.

We continue to have access to physiotherapists for the treatment of painful conditions.
